Mandatory Requirements:
Number of Position : ONE 1. Minimum 8 years of general application development/programming experience. 2. Minimum 4 years proven web application design and development with Oracle and SQL Server. 3. Minimum 4 years experience with a database modeling tool. 4. Minimum 4 years experience with Microsoft.Net and Visual Studio.Net using C#. 5. Minimum 3 years of XML Services and SOAP experience.

Desirable Requirements:
1. Demonstrate experience in Internet Information Services (IIS) installation, administration and security. 2. Demonstrate experience with Javascript and Dynamic HyperText Markup Language (DHTML). 3. Demonstrate experience in Unified Modeling Language (UML). 4. Demonstrate working for a public(government entity) or private business in the performance of the same or similar services.
