DJC was founded as an efficient resource to connect qualified candidates with the labor force through different models of employment. Our mission is to allow hiring organizations that support workplace diversity the chance to meet face-to-face with top notch candidates. We are currently seeking a Business Development Officer with at least five years experience. The Business Development Officer is responsible for new business development and promoting Diverse Job Connections Career Interview Fairs from home. Responsibilities will require the BDO to spend the majority of the work-day placing calls to businesses with an invitation to upcoming career interview fairs. Establish and maintain accurate and timely records of activities and pipeline of new business development efforts. This is a commissioned contract to permanent position.
Qualifications: Candidates must have at least five years sales (cold calling) experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to being a team player.
