Assistant General Manager $60 to $70K

Our client located in New York is seeking to hire an Asst. General Manager.  Responsibilities will be maintaining communication with employees and managers, drive sales, review weekly scheduling of employees and supervision of shifts, staff and all locations at facility, inspect and oversight of repair of all equipment and manage efficient operation of the mech/tech department, accountable for all financial functions in the operation, conduct meetings, coach and mentor all staff, hiring, training and performance evaluation of new and existing staff, review shift work sheets, maintain logs and learn, practice and enforce safe work habits.  Qualifications are to have a college degree (BS or BA Degree), current NY State Drivers License, 2 years experience supervising others, pass background check, work weekends, excellent written and verbal communication skills, available to work 7 days (am/pm) and must be reliable, dependable, honest and trustworthy, holidays,.
