Overview of Position

As a result of company growth and demand for our services, we currently have an opening for a E-Discovery Applications Training and Support Consultant.  The individual will be responsible for working directly with our customers (primarily Law Firms and Fortune 500 Legal Departments) to provide support and remote training for the Ontrack Inview application. Internally, the Applications Consultant (System Engineer) will work with Project Managers, Information Technology (IT), and Product Line Management to monitor, support, and improve the application.  A normal work day may include: supporting customer sites via remote or onsite training, providing electronic discovery review support using the Ontrack Inview application and troubleshooting customer issues while providing superior customer service.
 
Responsibilities

• Provide customer support including recommendations and best practices on electronic discovery review and search technique; the installation, configuration, and access to the Ontrack Inview application; and ongoing troubleshooting to resolve customer problems.
• Provide support to the team by engaging in and completing support requests outside of core hours.
• Deliver high quality training to customers when necessary in support of the team on our applications both onsite and via remote web conferencing tools.
• Use expertise to be able to provide recommendations and improvements for both customers and peers to include Ontrack Inview functionality, best practices for support, review, and production set creation, along with creating appropriate documentation.
• Kroll Ontrack employees are expected to competently utilize our applications as well as learn about all new features added for each new version release.

• Four year degree in the relevant industry or equivalent work experience
• REQUIRED - 3 - 4 years experience in litigation support legal review experience and application support and/or training.
• Preferred experience in the following: WebEx Remote training software and Microsoft Office software
• Strong attention to detail         
• Motivated to provide excellent customer service and focus
• Expert communication skills including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing as well as presentation skills
• Ability to answer client questions in person, by phone, or via email.
