Currently we are looking for Graphic Designer for our direct client at Redmond, WA Responsibilities • Work with design, usability, user assistance, program management, and development to understand products goals and priorities, user tasks, end-to-end flows, and product feature functionality. • Collaborate closely across disciplines. Close cross-discipline collaboration to ensure full integration of design specs with the ability to offer alternatives when technology constraints require design compromises. • Interpret designs and specifications into fully functional interactive experiences quickly and efficiently.
Requirements • Proven experience in interaction design. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong attention to detail. • Strong problem solving and product design skills and ability to generate design ideas. • Able to create end-to-end user flows, interaction models, feature and interface design. • Able to work on several features and/or projects simultaneously. • Experience working closely with designers and developers solving complex usability and UI design problems. • Able to work with direction as well as independently, being proactive about identifying and resolving blocking issues. • Able to navigate and immerse in new development technologies and craft new techniques and best practices. • Experience with Photoshop, Flash, Expression Blend (or related design/motion graphics tools). • WPF/Silverlight (XAML), .NET, XHTML/XML, CSS, DHTML/AJAX, scripting. • Familiarity with Office, Sharepoint, Windows Live.
